Manual harvest using 20 kg boxes, spontaneous fermentation with 48-hour maceration and subsequent refinement in cement for 6 months, finally it is bottled without filtration or clarification and rests for up to 3 months before being put on the market.

White flowers with citrus and dried fruit notes, mineral with herbaceous notes

It is the new project by Gianluca Viberti of Casina Bric; the estate is located in a magnificent valley that precedes what remains of a thick forest once crossed by the Roman troops who descended on Pollenzo with Pliny.

An incredible place that converges on a road among the trees and arrives at a house in the middle of meadows and cultivated fields of which traces can be found in the municipal archives register in 1697.

A piece of Roero history, often changed hands between farmers, nobles and bankers over the centuries, until it became a refuge for hunters.

For Vittorio Emanuele II, future King of Italy, and his wife, Rosa Vercellana, these places were a safe haven. Camillo Benso Count of Cavour, Urbano Rattazzi, ministers and dignitaries passed through here.

Gianluca’s goal is to restore dignity to this naturistic oasis which boasts a source of drinking water right in the center of the estate, a pond and over 40 hectares of chestnut woods, centuries-old oaks and vineyard fields
