Fresh Impressions Blanc is a white wine produced in Ancenis, in the Loire Valley, by Patrice Beguet and obtained from the blend of Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes, harvested manually. The grapes are vinified together in steel where they refine for 6 months after having fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and having macerated for a few days on the skins. Fresh Impressions Blanc is a slim and drinkable white, fresh and with white floral and herbaceous aromas, to try with crudités and oysters
