Fresh Impressions Rouge is a red wine produced in Ancenis, in the Loire Valley, by Patrice Beguet and obtained from the blend of Gamay and Poulsard grapes, harvested manually. 20% of the mass undergoes carbonic maceration, the rest ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and macerates in steel, finally it is bottled without additions. Fresh Impressions Rouge is a wine with exceptional minerality and turns on floral and undergrowth scents, on the palate it is full and persistent, of great freshness, to try with the Genoese

Patrice Beguet is a very young producer who founded Domaine Huges-Beguet in 2010.
The company consists of 4 hectares planted with Arbois and Arbois Pupillin in which Savagnin is the most cultivated among the whites and Ploussard is the most cultivated among the reds.
His wines are incredibly mature, full of character and typical and take their name from his passion for Jazz.
Thanks to his friendship with the Landron family he creates new labels in Ancenis, in the Loire Valley, which take the name of Big Bunch Theory
