🛁 The grapes come from the village of Mukhrani in Kartli, are harvested by hand, whole cluster vinification and a good 7 months of maceration and fermentation at room temperature. Then 10 months in amphora. Minimal addition of sulphur dioxide pre-bottling, no clarification or filtration.

The project of John Wurdeman aims to enhance the culture and historical tradition of Georgian wine.
The wines are vinified and aged, as per tradition, in Qvevri (amphora).
