PROVENIENCE OF UVE: Chardonnay from Mesnil sur Oger - Grand Cru; Pinot Noir from Montgueux; Pi-not Meunier from La Chapelle-Monthodon. All cultivated with durable viticulture and sexual confusion (no herbicide) AtOLO: Clayey-Calcareous, on a 40 m layer of chalk, formed in the Tertiary era.Vintage: blend of a 30% of reserve wines and the 2012 vintage. Tirage 2013. METODO BY PRESSATURA: Pressing for a product of the highest quality. AFINANCING: the base wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels of 60 Hl at controlled temperature. No malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 3 years in a fine-necked bottle. The wine rests in the winery cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C in Mesnil sur Oger. GRADE ALCOLICA: 12% DOSAGGIO: Extra-Brut, 3g of sugar per bottle. IBOTTLING: Special bottle modeled in the image of an eighteenth-century bottle found in a chalk excavation of the winery in 2010. Format 750 ml and cap Mytic Diamant (Anti-defect cap). CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETICS: Straw yellow colour. Slow and abundant effervescence.you feed a steady, creamy cord. The nose is dominated by stone fruits then opens up to aromas of grilled almonds and hazelnuts with a hint of dried cocoa apricot. The flexible, round mouthfeel leaves a feeling of the sweetness and silkiness of the vineyard peach. The raspberry dominates a fresh and long finish as a caress. RECOMMENDED: As an aperitif with a savoury millefeuille with Comté or a fillet of cod with butter and saffron.

It opens with notes of hazelnut, a subtle scent of vanilla that introduces fresh citrus fruits (grapefruit, green lemon). The creamy mouthfeel at the beginning gives way to the characteristic vivacity of Chardonnay. The finish with aromas of white spring flowers and a salty, chalky note with a sensa-grainy texture, reminiscent of the purity of the terroir of origin.
