3210 Extra Brut Blanc de BlancChardonnay
The latest addition to the family, this cuvée saw the light of day in June 2009. The grapes come from the plots of Mesnil-sur-Oger and mainly from Mon-tegueux, the best crudell'Aube, perched on a solitary hill, where it expresses itselfthe breadth of Chardonnay. No added sugars or sulphites in the dosage phase.we find the broadest nuances of the pure Chardonnay variety.
Rosé Brut x 2, Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Noir 10%
This Rosé is composed for the 90% from Chardonnaydi Mesnil grapes -sur-Oger completed by a 10% of Pinot Noir from the village of Vertus in the Cote desBlancs; by choice of the Chef de Cave it is an assemblage rosé. This cuvée combines all the freshness and finesse of the Chardonny with the structure and fruit of Pinot Noir. Fermentation for a minimum of three years allows it to have an excellent aromatic development.
