🛁 The grapes come from Kimmeridgian soil, the harvest is done manually then debourbage at 12° with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation which is done in wood, it spends 30 months on the lees. Dosage is minimal, about 3 g/l and degorgement takes place 6 months before marketing.
👃🏻 Hints of citrus and fresh exotic fruit with fragrant and herbaceous, mineral and slightly spicy notes
👅 Creamy and fresh, savoury and balanced, very elegant
