Champagne L'Osmose Extra Brut is a Champagne produced by Pierre Gerbais in Celles sur Ource in the Department of Aube in France. It is made from pure Chardonnay grapes from a 1973 vineyard and matured on the lees for 36 months, with degorgment occurring 6 months before release. Elegant and creamy on the palate, it is dominated by hints of exotic fruit on the nose. Champagne L'Osmose Extra Brut is a Crisp Champagne which we in fact recommend with a nice fry-up
