Produced in calcareous clay terrors, fermented in steel and aged 18 months in large used wood. Grapes from the hills between 100 and 300 meters.
Malvazija Blanc 2019Malvasia
Pure Istrian Malvasia from old vineyards on sedimentary rock, a mixture of sandstone, clay and marl. One week of contact with the skins. Ageing: 30% in steel, 70% in 500-litre wooden barrels.
