The grapes come from calcareous soils with vines that are approximately 20 years old, they ferment in steel with maceration for two days and then refine in steel for 6 months, finally in the bottle for 3 months

White flowers and fresh fruit with hints of citrus and aromatic herbs such as sage and wild, mineral thyme

Full but agile, fresh and tasty with good persistence

Pavlov, Czech Republic

The company was born in 2016 from the desire of two friends, Dominika and Ivo, to produce their own wine to label.

Plener extends over 5 hectares within the Pavlov plateau, in Moravia, in an area with an ancient winemaking tradition, much closer to Vienna than to Prague.

The soil is clayey limestone and the climate is moderately hot and dry, thanks also to the winds coming from the nearby Pannonian plain, which crosses 7 countries.

Their goal is to enhance their terroir while preserving the environment surrounding the estate, and they do so with great quality
