Its enveloping structure offers a complex bouquet and a pleasant softness, characterized by clear hints of spices and floral notes. It goes very well with meat dishes, cheeses of short and medium seasoning.

Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2016

is the fruit of vineyards scrupulously cared for to provide the maximum expression of an area historically suited to the cultivation of this vine. The drying and subsequent aging in barrels for 3 to 4 months and in barriques for a further 8 months make it robust and structured, with aromas of plums and black cherries, which go well with game ragout, braised and grilled meats.

Intense ruby red tending to garnet with ageing, the Negroamaro Poderi Angelini stands out for its elegance and strong personality thanks to a slight drying and careful aging in large oak barrels for 3 / 4 months and in barriques for another 8. Its savoury and robust taste finds affinity with red meats, game and cheeses.
