Two or more manual punchings are carried out per day until the end of fermentation. Refines in concrete tanks.
Broad and intense nose, first black cherry and small red fruits then aromas of Mediterranean scrub and spices.
Fresh and mineral, with soft tannins and pleasant persistence

Scansano, Grossetto
After years of experience as winemakers in Puglia, Umberto and Bernardo Valle, two brothers bought approximately 10 hectares of vineyards in the Scansano area in 1998 and founded Poggio Trevvalle.
Today it is Umberto who runs the company, producing fragrant and juicy wines, in a natural way and without clarification or filtration.
The wines of Poggio Trevvalle are characterized by their drinkability and light-heartedness, they are delicious and decidedly gastronomic.
