🛁 The grapes are harvested manually and come from a hilly area with a loamy character. Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at around 5°, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing in stainless steel. After 6 months from harvesting, the wine re-ferments in autoclaves for frothing.
👃🏻 Intense citrus scents of lemon and bergamot, lime and grapefruit, and floral hints of orange blossom and hawthorn, mineral and iodine

37 hectares of rows of vines, divided between Alcamo and Salaparuta, small portions of quality, varied morphology and
particular microclimate These are the soils from which the grapes of Possente wines are born, an artisanal expression of a
wine vocation that has always belonged to these places.
Alcamo stands on the slopes of Mount Bonifato, its history is linked to Ciullo d'Alcamo, culture and
long tradition in viticulture. Alcamo DOC is one of the first DOCs to be recognised in Sicily -
1972 - and was born from its Prince Vine 'Il Catarratto'. Being born and living in Alcamo means sharing the
stories of vintages spent happily as a family with our grandparents, uncles, cousins. A human heritage of
lives and experiences.
