🛁 The grapes are harvested by hand and come from a hilly area with a loamy character. Fermentation is spontaneous in tonneaux with maceration on the skins for 15 days, in the same container it matures for a good 3 years. Finally it rests in the bottle where it is decanted without added sulphur.

particular microclimate These are the soils from which the grapes of Possente wines are born, an artisanal expression of a
wine vocation that has always belonged to these places.
Alcamo stands on the slopes of Mount Bonifato, its history is linked to Ciullo d'Alcamo, culture and
long tradition in viticulture. Alcamo DOC is one of the first DOCs to be recognised in Sicily -
1972 - and was born from its Prince Vine 'Il Catarratto'. Being born and living in Alcamo means sharing the
stories of vintages spent happily as a family with our grandparents, uncles, cousins. A human heritage of
lives and experiences.
