Pre-fermentation cryomaceration at around 5°, then fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing in stainless steel for 3 months. Finally in bottle without filtration or clarification and with a homeopathic addition of sulphur dioxide

37 hectares of rows of vines, divided between Alcamo and Salaparuta, small portions of quality, varied morphology and
particular microclimate These are the soils from which the grapes of Possente wines are born, an artisanal expression of a
wine vocation that has always belonged to these places.
Alcamo stands on the slopes of Mount Bonifato, its history is linked to Ciullo d'Alcamo, culture and
long tradition in viticulture. Alcamo DOC is one of the first DOCs to be recognised in Sicily -
1972 - and was born from its Prince Vine 'Il Catarratto'. Being born and living in Alcamo means sharing the
stories of vintages spent happily as a family with our grandparents, uncles, cousins. A human heritage of
lives and experiences.
