The encounter between Apulian limestone and Montepulciano is a decidedly fortunate one and this is the proof. The passage in large casks of 50 hl to tame an important character gives a wine of about 12.5% degrees of alcohol and great pleasantness. A nose of dark and very toned fruit, it fascinates for its elegance and amazes with an incisive and nuanced acidic-savoury trait. Serve at 16 degrees to appreciate its dynamism in the glass.
