Red Wine

The grapes come from 30-40 year old vineyards located on soils rich in basalt and tuff. Fermentation takes place using company pied de cuve. Syrah and Moscato undergo carbonic maceration, while Tocai Rosso macerates in cement for 10 days. The refinement takes place in steel until the February following the harvest.

Nose of red flowers and berries, especially cherry and raspberry, then come the almond and earthy notes

Full and generous, soft and round, with a slightly bitter finish

Serving temperature 18°-20°
