🛁 The grapes come from 30-40 year-old vines on basalt- and tuff-rich soils. Fermentation takes place in the estate's pied de cuve. Syrah and Muscat undergo carbonic maceration, while the Tocai Rosso macerates in cement for 10 days. Ageing takes place in steel until February following the harvest.
👃🏻 Nose of red flowers and berries, especially cherry and raspberry, then come almond and earthy notes
👅 Full and generous, soft and round, with a slightly bitter finish
