🛁 The grapes come from 30-40 year old vineyards located on basalt and tuff rich soils. The Trebbiano is pressed immediately while the Garganega undergoes carbonic maceration for a fortnight. Ageing takes place in steel until February following the harvest with frequent batonnage
👃🏻 Enchanting declination of white flowers, fresh fruit and also exotic, herbaceous and mineral notes
