Rosé wine

The grapes come from 30-40 year old vineyards located on soils rich in basalt and tuff. The whole bunches of Trebbiano are added in infusion for two weeks to the Syrah bloodletting. The refinement takes place in steel until February following the harvest with frequent batonnage

Wild flowers and hints of red fruits but also of apricot and peach, vegetal and herbaceous notes, of damp earth and wet straw

Light and lively, fresh and tasty, with good persistence

Serving temperature 18°-20°
