The grapes ferment spontaneously in steel. The wine rests on the fine lees for between 18 and 24 months in oak barriques and is clarified by decantation. No filtration at bottling and only a minimal addition of sulfur dioxide.
Aromas of undergrowth and salty puffs then lime and tropical fruit.
Tasty and sharp, with an oxidative sweetness that makes the sip complex and the finish satisfying.
Serving temperature 12°
Oysters and Crudités

Thierry Puzelat is a big name in the Loire, and after opening his own winery in 1990, he also decided to open his first business in 1999.
Thierry saw a large quantity of quality grapes, produced by small local vignerons, ending up at low cost in the hands of cooperatives and negociants, and then he decided to enter the market and found Puzelat Bonhomme.
The grapes come only from biodynamic agriculture and guarantee a fairer income for micro producers, as well as top quality products for wine lovers from all over the world.
