🛁 The grapes ferment spontaneously in steel. The wine stays on the fine lees between 18 and 24 months in oak barrels and is clarified by decantation. No filtration at bottling and only a minimal addition of sulphur dioxide.
👃🏻 Aromas of undergrowth and briny puffs then lime and tropical fruit.
👅 Tasty and sharp, with an oxidative sweetness that makes for a complex sip and a satisfying finish.

Thierry Puzelat is a big name in the Loire region, and after opening his own winery in 1990, he decided to open his first boutique winery in 1999.
Thierry saw a great deal of quality grapes, produced by small local vignerons, ending up in the hands of cooperatives and negociants at low cost, so he decided to enter the market and set up Puzelat Bonhomme.
The grapes come only from biodynamic agriculture and guarantee a fairer income for the micro producers, as well as top quality products for wine lovers from all over the world.
