Floreale ed agrumato, Pompelmo e Bergamotto, buccia d’Arancia, Salvia e Rosmarino, aromatico. Fresco e dinamico, sapido e minerale

L’uva provengono da viti poste su terreno argilloso calcareo con fondo ghiaioso, l’uva viene pressata interamente a grappolo intero con una resa in mosto intorno al 50% la rifermentazione avviene naturalmente in bottiglia. Degorgement dopo 24 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia, pas dosè, pas operè. Non viene filtrato. Floreale e fruttato, minerale e vinoso. Floreale e fruttato, netta la presenza di erbe aromatiche con ritorni minerali. Di medio corpo ma di salda struttura, il sorso è ampio ed appagante, sapido e persistente

In the homeland of Lambrusco, Roberto Maestri has managed the Azienda Agrciola Quarticello since 2007, a 5-hectare estate certified organic since 2015.

Roberto graduated in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Bologna and in 2007 he decided to make wine from his own grapes, which the family previously delivered to the winery.

Quarticello's approach is absolutely natural and in keeping with traditional processes, as he has always been used to drinking natural wine at home.

Like all natural wine producers, he had to fight against prejudice and clichés before establishing himself, but this did not change his production philosophy and he is now recognised as one of the most talented winemakers in the region.
