Tsiska is an early-ripening grape variety that produces some of the most acidic wines in Georgia. The wine ferments for just seven days in contact with the skins, then matures for 12 months in barriques buried outside the cellar. The closeness to the sea is re-proposed in the glass with iodine notes accompanied by officinal returns. In the mouth the salty vein makes it very drinkable.
