Serrone, Lazio
Antonella Consilia Volpe inherited the company in 2000, immediately converting the 3 hectares of vineyard to natural viticulture, also modernizing the cellar.
We are located in Serrone, in the province of Frosinone, on the slopes of Mount Scalambra, the soil is volcanic, calcareous and tufaceous.
As mentioned, the company is firmly convinced of its natural philosophy, interventions are limited on the basis of the concept of not doing, using only homeopathic quantities of copper, sulphur, proprol and essential oils in the vineyard.
In the cellar the fermentations are spontaneous, obtained using native yeasts, sulfur dioxide is not added, except for the most difficult vintages. The aging takes place in oak barrels.
A unique wine is obtained, a pure expression of the territory.
