Richard Stavek has been in the industry for many years, first as a journalist (senior editor at the magazine "Vinarsk Obzor", one of the leading in the Czech Republic), and then as a producer.

It is one of the precursors of natural wine in Moravia. He started 25 years ago.

His farm covers 4.5 ha (out of a total of 15 hectares), with an approach that minimizes interventions both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

That's the idea. holisticRichard combines the production of wine with the breeding of animals, bees, the production of honey and the wood used to make the barrels he uses.

The farm is located in the vicinity of Němčičky in South Moravia.
