Langhe Nebbiolo Il Provinciale 2017

It is vinified like a traditional Barolo, in fact it ferments in contact with the skins for more than 20 days in wooden vats, then another 16 months at least, still in wood, on the fine lees, then in the bottle. Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation. Rose and Violet, Prune, Raspberry, Currant, Undergrowth, Truffle, Liquorice and finally mineral and spicy, sweet returns. The taste is enveloping, soft but brilliant, the tannins noble, the body full and the finish long and persistent.

Langhe Rosso Austri 2014, Barbera

Manual harvest and fermentation in wooden vats with daily pumping over. Maceration for 5 days on the vats, followed by refinement in wood and finally in the bottle. Red and dark petal flowers, red and black fruits, spicy with hints of cocoa and tobacco, mineral and vegetable notes. Full and warm, fat in the mouth but refreshed by the great acidity, powerful tannins and beautiful finish.

Dogliani Superiore San Fereolo 2015Dolcetto

Dolcetto Nebbioleggiante, which sublimates the unusual scents of Dolcetto and its aromas. It comes from 50-70 year old vines, the harvest is manual, the vinification spontaneous with maceration in wooden vats and native yeasts. Aged in wood for 6 months, then a year in the bottle. Small ripe red fruits, rose and violet petals, spicy and mineral notes. Austere but energetic and snappy with excellent tannin, full-bodied and long finish.
