Moved is a pet nat produced by Sassopra in Frascati, Castelli Romani. It is obtained through an initial spontaneous fermentation in steel of Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano, with subsequent re-fermentation in the bottle and the addition of its own must (from late harvest grapes) that had been previously frozen. Mosso is a fresh and aromatic re-fermentation in the bottle, savoury and drinkable with floral and fruity notes on the nose, to be tried with a nice sandwich with Porchetta d'Ariccia

In 2020, the Sassopra project was born, 5 hectares in the southern area of Frascati, practically overlooking Rome and a soil that has been cultivated for over 3000 years, thanks to the incomparable, unique and finally rediscovered terroir of the Castelli Romani.
Volcanic soil, hilly landscape, the sea just a few kilometres away, here you have everything you need to produce very elegant wines.
In Sassopra, biodynamic wine is produced thanks to the meeting of the two young men with important names such as Carlo Noro and Adriano Zago and their strong respect for the environment and the land.
Lazio is a region that is exploding in the media and this is also thanks to young and talented producers like Marta and Federico, good guys!!!
