In 2016 Luca Segattini, the last generation of a family that has cultivated life for over 300 years, took over his grandfather’s vineyard, consisting of 3 hectares and two very different plots.

One is located at 165 meters above sea level with clay-limestone soil, the other, a little higher, at 200 meters and on soft and fertile soil.

2017 is a very important year for Luca who meets the person who will later become his mentor, Fulvio Bressan; the first company harvest also dates back to the same year.

In the vineyard the work is rigorous and obsessive, just as happens with the Bressans, with interventions limited to very short treatments of sulfur and copper flakes; Furthermore, the yields are always minimal, in the order of 80 quintals per hectare.

The Segattini ecosystem also includes other crops and therefore yarrow, hawthorn, chamomile and onion are introduced.

In the cellar Lamprasi involves spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts and homeopathic additions of sulfur dioxide, if necessary.

Luca defines his wine as slowly pressed grapes, characterized by freshness and dynamism, taste and spontaneity.
