Double Play 2019Tai Rosso, Turchetta, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards on calcareous soils. Fermentation in steel, 50% of the grapes in carbonic maceration. Aging in 700-liter oak barrels, no sulfites added, unfiltered.

Lesa Maesta 2019 Tai Rosso, Pinot Noir.

Cultivated on calcareous soils rich in sand, clay and silt. Fermentation in stainless steel, maceration on the skins for 8 days. Aged partly in 700-litre barrels and partly in barriques. Without added sulfites, unfiltered.

Eye for Red 2019Tai Rosso

Vinified and aged in amphora, it is forthright and fresh. Aged in wood and cement for a short period, it denotes a fruity and floral bouquet, with light hints of spices and underbrush.

Rosavia 2019, Corbinona

Spontaneous fermentation in barriques, short maceration. The wine rests in 54-litre demijohns until bottling.

Prato Alto 2019 Garganega, Tai Bianco, Incrocio Manzoni.

Cultivated on calcareous soils rich in sand, clay and silt. Spontaneous fermentation in steel vats. The three grapes are vinified separately (given the different ripening times). Maceration on the skins for 4 days. Maturation in an acacia vat of 1400 litres, without added sulphites, unfiltered.

White Moscow 2019, White Muscat 65%, Garganega 35%

It is macerated on the skins for a few days, then aged for a few months in cement tanks. On the nose, the aromatic scents typical of Muscat blend with those of citrus, herbs and undergrowth. On the palate it denotes sapidity and great expressive purity.
