The grapes come from clay-limestone soils, fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, long maceration on the skins and 24 months of aging in oak barrels
Aromatic, with many yellow flowers and white flowers, notes of ripe apricot and peach, hints of wild herbs, great minerality and sweet spices
Fresh and slender, savory and mineral, with good length

Company run by two young producers Kristina and Matej, with the help of their parents, artistic grandchildren, given that their grandparents were good producers.
The approach in the vineyard that has been handed down is absolutely in the name of respect for tradition and the wine itself.
The grapes grown are all closely linked to the territory, Malvasia, Terrano and Vitoska, vinified with spontaneous fermentations and native yeasts, without filtration or clarification.
