Mali Majer 2017, 60% Blaufrankish, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Alibernet
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging in used oak barriques for 18 months. Fresh strawberry and unripe, very acidic berries. It is a pale, easy-to-drink wine that can also be paired with a fatty dish such as lake fish.

Aging in used oak barrels for 12 months. No clarification or filtration.
Interval 104 2016, Riesling
1/3 of the grapes undergo 30 days of maceration, 1/3 semi-carbonic fermentation and 1/3 classic white vinification. Part aging in used barriques and part in steel.
No filtration.
Oranzista 2018, Pinot Grigio
It remains in contact with the skins for 7 days. Refinement in cement.
Softness given by the fruit; very light hints of dried apricot. Fresh and acidic.

Supermajer 2017, Gruner Veltliner
Fermentation in contact with the skins for 14 days. Aged in oak and acacia barriques for 2 years. No clarification or filtration.
Eggstasy II x 2, Riesling
In contact with the skins for 10 days. Aged in cement for 6 months and then in large barrels used for 18 months. No clarification or filtration.

Since 1997, the Majer Zemianske Sady family has been making wine from native Slovakian vines (Devín, Blaufränkisch, Alibernet) and international varieties (Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon) with refinements in steel, tonneau and kvevris.
It can count on 17 hectares with vineyards up to 30 years old and a biodynamic approach to viticulture that is absolutely respectful of nature.
