Mali Majer 2017, 60% Blaufrankish, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Alibernet
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in used oak barrels for 18 months. Fresh strawberry and unripe berries and very acidic. It is a light-coloured, drinkable wine, also to be paired with a fatty dish such as lake fish.

Since 1997, the Majer Zemianske Sady family has been making wine from indigenous Slovakian (Devín, Blaufränkisch, Alibernet) and international (Sauvignon blanc, Pinot gris, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon) grape varieties, aged in steel, tonneaux and kvevris.
It can count on 17 hectares with vines up to 30 years old and a Biodynamic approach to viticulture that is absolutely respectful of nature.
