🛁 The grapes come from 45-year-old vines on sandy soil, semi-carbonic maceration of whole bunches in open wooden vats for about 15 days, then the grapes are pressed with the feet and the wine matures in used oak barrels for about 12 months, with occasional batonnage, no sulphites added at bottling

A true pioneer of natural wine, first as a journalist (he worked as senior editor at Vinarsk Obzor magazine, one of the leading in the Czech Republic) then as a producer, and has been doing so for 25 years.
His company has 15 hectares, 5 of which are planted with vines, the rest are occupied by forest, from which he obtains the barrels he uses, and by animal breeding including bees, his is a holistic vision.
The result is wines that are true and pure, straightforward and genuine, rustic yet elegant, with great personality
