On volcanic soils, the Manilla vineyard in Gippsland, rural Victoria, is practically a clos which enjoys an above-average altitude (350 m) and perfect conditions of humidity and thermal excursion. It ferments spontaneously in barrique and continues maturation in small wood, 70% used and 30% new.
Splendid bouquet of Orange Blossoms and Gardenia, Apple and Cinnamon, Baked Peach and Lime.
