🛁 Ta Da is a co-fermentation of three red and one white variety (Pinot Noir, Slarina, Baratuciat and a little Grignolino), harvested in different percentages in each vintage. The grapes ferment together for about ten days in cement, where the wine then stabilises before going into the bottle.

👅 Fresh, almost pungent taste, easy to drink and pleasant sensations in the mouth
