Carbonic maceration for 30% of the grapes, while the remaining part of the mass macerates on the skins for approximately 7 days. Vinified in concrete.
Red fruits and dark petal flowers on the nose, then vegetal and spicy notes
A very drinkable wine, fresh and with polite tannins, medium body and a pleasant finish

Andrea Pendin is a volcano. After graduating in Gastronomic Sciences at the University of Parma he returned home where in 2010 he gave life to his project for the valorisation of the territory which branches out across several fields: vines but also vegetable gardens, orchards, olive groves and a fantastic pizzeria which exploits the products of the fields. Tenuta l’Armonia is worth a visit!
