Produced from volcanic soil with trachyte and tuff: 80% of Durella is macerated for 5 months in amphora, while 20% of Chardonnay macerates for 9 days. The maturation takes place in amphora and oak tonneaux.

Andrea Pendin is a volcano. After graduating in Gastronomic Sciences at the University of Parma he returned home where in 2010 he gave life to his project for the valorisation of the territory which branches out across several fields: vines but also vegetable gardens, orchards, olive groves and a fantastic pizzeria which exploits the products of the fields. Tenuta l’Armonia is worth a visit!
