The grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing. They then macerate for 7 days with daily pumping over. Once drawn off, it completes the malolactic fermentation in steel and refines it for approximately 9 months in terracotta amphorae.

The project was born in 2015 by the will of a group of young people originating from the Matese area who, drawing from their previous work experiences in the world of business and business consultancy, as well as from their common interest in the rural world, decided to enhance these resources channeling them into the agricultural, natural and historical sector on which the local economy has been based for centuries. What, however, characterizes Terre dell’Angelo is the intention to use modern procedures and technologies thanks to which “take” from the earth without damaging the environment and the man who inhabits it, generating “profits” measured not only in terms of income but above all well-being and quality of life. This is why the company aims to promote the spread of native crops that are an expression of the territory and takes care of the training of its staff so that agricultural techniques are applied and disseminated that protect the environment and the landscape and are, at the same time, respectful of dignity and human work.
