The grapes come from very old vines, ferment spontaneously with maceration for 20 days in cement, refine in tonneaux and non-first passage barriques, finally one year in the bottle

Red flowers and berries among which raspberry stands out, mineral with hints of dark spices

Full and vigorous, the tannin is exuberant but well integrated, fresh and with a long finish

Serving temperature 18°-20°

Federico Montagnani comes from a peasant family, after having gained experience in other wineries, in 2006 he took over the family business and managed to realize his dream of producing his own wine.

The company extends over 15 hectares, 10 of which are under vineyards; the rest are intended to house 3000 olive trees, Zeffron plants and to support farmyard animals and calves.

Its wines are very interesting and produced in balance with nature
