The grapes come from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 2016, soft pressing then 40 days in steel and then bottled
Intriguing nose, white flowers then lots of fruit, plum and peach, hints of marine and aromatic herbs, lemon grass and rosemary and toasted almonds on the finish
Fresh and aromatic, easy to drink, mineral and with a finish reminiscent of cedar
Serving temperature 10°-12°

Federico Montagnani comes from a peasant family, after having gained experience in other wineries, in 2006 he took over the family business and managed to realize his dream of producing his own wine.
The company extends over 15 hectares, 10 of which are under vineyards; the rest are intended to house 3000 olive trees, Zeffron plants and to support farmyard animals and calves.
Its wines are very interesting and produced in balance with nature
