Macerazione di 20 giorni a contatto con le bucce ed affinamento in legno. Rosa e Viola, Frutta Rossa, Sottobosco, Erbe Aromatiche, Macchia Mediterranea, Minerale. Fresco e snello, dalla beva compulsiva, corposo e rotondo con tannino gentile e bella lunghezza
Priorat Pedra de Guix 2013, Garnacha Blanca 80%, Pedro Ximenez 18%, Macabeu 2%
Proviene da suoli con forte presenza di quarzo e gesso tra i 400 ed i 600 metri. Affina per 24 mesi in tonneaux usati. Frutta a polpa bianca, fiori bianchi e gialli, erbe aromatiche, minerale e con leggere sensazioni di tostatura. Fresco ma bilanciato dalla splendida spalla minerale, di beva pazzesca, lunghezza infinita e leggermente amaricante

The scenery in this part of Spain is breathtaking.
Vineyards stolen from the mountainsapling vines struggling with granite, villages built in stone. A magnificent area with wines that had never struck me before.
Then the meeting with Dominik and the discovery of an unimaginable reality: fresh, taut and mineral wines as we like them. An idea for a cru, a vinification and a style very reminiscent of Burgundy.
