🛁 From a micro vine of 0.1 ha planted in 1999 at 150 m altitude on decomposed granite. Yield 20 hl/ha. The grapes are fermented whole cluster for three days in open vats before being moved to a 3000L wooden barrel where they finish their ageing.
👃🏻 Rose and Violet, Blackberry and Blueberry, earthy notes, humus and great minerality
👅 Supple but pulpy mouthfeel with gentle tannins that make it easy to drink, long herbal finish
👍🏻 Serving temperature 16°-18°.
