El Bandito Mangaliza 2021, Harslevelu
From a bush-trained vineyard planted in 1971 at an altitude of 100 metres on decomposed granite. Yield of 20 hl/ha. Whole cluster fermentation in steel. After pressing, the wine completes fermentation in 300-litre wooden barrels. White flowers and fruit, fresh and ripe, apple and almond, aromatic herbs and great minerality. Fresh and crisp on the palate, incredibly agile, savoury and with an almondy finish. Persistent.
El Bandito Cortez 2021Chenin Blanc
From a bush-trained vineyard planted in 1972 at an altitude of 220 metres on decomposed granite. Yield 25 hl/ha. The grapes, after being crushed with stalks, are fermented and then aged in a 3000L barrel. Very interesting expression of Chenin. Honey, white flowers and bakery notes. Deep, rich and graceful on the palate. Closes with a pleasant orange peel sensation.
