🛁 A wine born of the friendship between Thierry Puzelat and Mathieu Coste. It is the result of the union of two of their own vineyards, on average 50 years old, on soils rich in clay on one side and flint on the other. The two grapes are macerated together in whole bunches for 18 days then 16 months in 500 litre used oak barrels. Fine red fruit, elegant and fresh.

In 1990, the brothers Thierry and Jean-Marie took the decision to take over the family business and started producing organic wines that conveyed the characteristics of the land.

The farm is now called Clos de Tue Boeuf, and consists of 10 hectares plus 6 leased.

It is documented that wine has been produced here since the Middle Ages and that the Puzelat family has been linked to these lands since the 15th century.
