  The grapes come from the classic pebbly and chalky soil of the Cote des Bar, vinification in wood with the use of native yeasts and consequent spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Aging on yeasts for 24 months. Not dosed. Deep and elegant nose, of great finesse.

The nose is floral and fragrant, fruity, with apple reigning supreme, with clear mineral and aromatic herbal hints

After the separation from her husband Thierry De Marne, Valerie Frison, in a stubborn way, amazed all Champagne lovers with her class, but now it’s time to pass the baton.

And this is how the reins of the Maison have now definitively passed into the hands of his son Thomas, who returned to the company in 2018 and is responsible for all production from 2020 onwards.

The Val Frison Champagnes will be released as Thomas De Marne, the names of the cuvées will not change except one, Portlandia, which will become Holistique.

With two parents like that Thomas can only have enormous success.
