Tiberi I Bianco 2022

I Bianco is a white wine from Tiberi produced in Montepetriolo in Umbria and obtained from Trebbiano and Grechetto grapes. The harvest is manual, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and 48-hour maceration on the skins. The refinement lasts 6 months in steel, then in the bottle without filtration or clarification or addition of sulphur. The Bianco opens with hints of citrus and white flowers on the nose and then continues with mineral and herbaceous memories, in the mouth it is light and dynamic, rustic and carefree; to pair with fresh and medium-aged cheese
