Tiberi Rosso di Cesare 2022

Rosso di Cesare is a red wine from Tiberi produced in Montepetriolo in Umbria and obtained from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo grapes. The harvest is manual, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and a week’s maceration on the skins. The refinement lasts 9 months in exhausted wood, then in the bottle without filtration or clarification. Rosso di Cesare has an inebriating bouquet composed of flowers and red fruits, with hints of undergrowth and menthols, on the palate it is fresh and rounded, soft and persistent, to be tried with Umbrian cured meats
