La Torre Bianco is a white wine from Tiberi produced in Montepetriolo in Umbria and obtained from Trebbiano, Malvasia, Moscato and San Colombano grapes. The harvest is manual, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and 48-hour maceration on the skins. The refinement lasts 6 months in steel, then in the bottle without filtration or clarification or addition of sulphur.
