Tiberi La Torre White 2022

The White Tower is a Tiberi white wine produced in Montepetriolo in Umbria and made from Trebbiano, Malvasia, Moscato and San Colombano grapes. Harvesting is by hand, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and 48-hour maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel, then in the bottle without filtering, clarification or addition of sulphur dioxide. La Torre Bianco is aromatic on the nose, floral, fruity and herbaceous, while on the palate it is fresh and savoury, very clean and with expressive tannins. Try it with Saltimbocca

🛁 Harvested by hand and macerated for 48 hours on the skins in stainless steel, in the same container refined for 6 months, with decanting dictated by the phases of the moon, it is bottled without clarification or filtration

👃🏻 Aromatic with hints of white and yellow field flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit with hints of wild herbs and mineral puffs

👅 Fresh and full-bodied, savoury and clean, the tannin is barely noticeable and the finish is round.
